The Cash Management Processing Center (CMPC) compares the information that has been received from the several branches and then sends out payment advices according to the agreed terms. There are two types of Cash Management Services provided by UBI, they are stated below:
- Union Speed: Cash Management Services (CMS) of UBI permits payment and collection on behalf of clients at nominal cost and high speed. UBI’s latest hardware and innovation, wide area network, and software technology has made this very fast and efficient. Currently, Cash Management Services are made available at 53 centers on pan India basis. Some of the advantages of Union Speed are: Optimum utilization of funds, Collection of funds at source of origin, faster realization of instruments, better management of funds, Lower service/transaction cost, Easier and faster transfer of funds to locations of choice, etc.
- Union Prompt: This service is related to the payment services. The advantages of payments through Union Prompt of UBI are: Reduced cash balance, No requirement of multiple accounts at multiple locations, centralized control of receivables & disbursals, etc.
